Basic scientific achievements | 1. Fixed reciver of studying in the “frist window” the atmosphere in the length of 1,06 microns on the basis of monocristals of hard solutions of Ge-Si has been worked out and investigated.
2. In epitoxial heteroconductcrs on the basis of semi-conductors,photoelements with sharp.disperse bi-polar spectral characteristics has been studied,and effect of freguency discriminated with lazer waves in the length of 0,63 microns have been discovered. 3. Receivers of the radiationae beams with “memory” on the basis of Shotti diods GaAs has been worked out and investigated. 4. On the basis of semi-conductors catalizators with p-n structure pure,alternative sources of energy of principialle new type has been created,sources recreating chemical energy intv electric energy on the influence of current of atoms of moleculs of gas and water has been recreated. On the result of complex investigations physic-chemical bases of work of indicated reformations have been worked out. Strengthening of effect of electric signals in 102folds within the addition to the structure of retrun tension has been discovered. This effect is named after Pashayev-Talibi-Mammadova. |
