Processing of models and algorithms for intellectual management of text documents in a scope of e-government

Architectural principles of the electronic document processing and turnover within e-government, a conceptual model for intellectualizing the system and a trust model due to e-documents based on improved electronic signature, has been proposed.

Models, formalized like mathematical programming issues, have been proposed for abstracting and automatic classification of text documents.

Due to solve optimization problems the modified binary options of the optimization algorithms, based on differential evolution and the "flock" intelligence, have been proposed.

"Big data" technologies are being investigated in the direction of obtaining knowledge from large-scale data collection.
