Basic scientific achievements For CuInS2 compound instead of a complex synthesis process that requires a lot of time and energy, have developed a simple and inexpensive method, deposition in aqueous solution.

In CuInS

2

compound firstly observed memory effect and residual conductivity.

Proposed a method for determining the optical transitions from the absorption spectrum.

In the preparation of solar cells based on CdS / CdTe used a new method – transformation CdS to CdTe.
