Basic scientific achievements

-Established that, the quasi-local levels in the conduction band of (InSb)1-x-(In2GeTe)x solid solutions is generated;

-The phonon resonance scattering mechanism in the thermal conductivity of solid solutions based of III-Y group elements has been determined.

-The interphase zone between matrix and inclusions on the microstructure of the GaSb-FeGa1.3 eutectic composite have been experimentally observed and their essentially role on the anisotropy of kinetic parameters is revealed.

-The thermostable tensoresistors on the base of GaSb-FeGa1.3<Co> eutectic composite have been created;

- The device for measuring of the temperature diffusivity in the 80-700K temperature range of solid state by light flash method has been created.
