Basic activity directions	Of the editorial of “Transactions” of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and “Proceedings” of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics.The editorial has begun its activity in 1997. The papers to be published in the journals of “Transactions” and “Proceedings” at first are translated from Russian or Azerbaijanian into English, are printed and corrected in the editorial. The editorial board also translates the letters, papers, some necessary information that the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of NASA needs.
