Basic activity directions	The composition of soils agrophysical optical and heat characters bank, and application of the geographical spreading regularity.
Main scientific achievements	It was estabished extensive and temporary dependence of physical parameters of soil from plant atmosfera different characterictis of systems. It was revealed regularity of the exchanges formed energetic potential of plant inhabition enviroment in particular radiation and warm balance. Heat and moisture transfer elecrtical and optical quality of soils energoaccumulation optical method was offered. Distance methods of control for the different characteristics of sol surfase cover are offered. Map-scheme of different quality widening.
