Basic activity directions   Obtaining of new photoelectric and optic semi-conductor materials on the basis of sulfides and selenides of germanium and arsenic group elements. 
Main scientific achievements  Photosensitive materials based on glassy alloys in (As2S3)1-x(TlSe)x system were used in IR-optics. It is possible to get photo image in photosensitive tapes prepared on these samples using IR irradiation in darkness. These samples are sensitive in visible and close IR field of spectrum. High resistance photosensitive semi-conductor materials were produced on the basis of arsenic triselenide in (As2S3)1-x(CdSe)x system and were proposed as photocell. These samples were tested on post box № Х05995 in Nalchik city and positive results were got. Basing on this sample electron radiation tube was prepared. Dependence of photoelectric conductivity on wave-length of alloys (CaIn2Se4)1-x(CaSe)x (х=0,02; 0,025; 0,03) system was studied and it was established that these samples are photosensitive in visible spectrum. When adding 2 mol% CaSe into CaIn2Se4 2 mol% its photocurrent value was found to be 4.10-8А. Maximum photocurrent in this sample occurs at 630mm wave-length. The sample is rather high-sensitive. Materials can be used as photo cell operating at low pressures in measuring units in photo electronics. Photo electric conductivity from wave-length in thin film (Аs2Sе3)1-х(TlSe)х(х=0,050,10) was studied. Spectral dependence of photo current of samples with 5, 7 и 10 mol. % TlSe were studied. By adding Аs2Sе3 5, 7 and 10 mol % TlSe maximum photo current value makes I= 1110-12 А, 11,510-12 А və 9,510-12 А. The sample with 7 мол. % TlSe as photo sensitive material can be used in photo electronics.
