The structure and staffing of the Presidium of ANAS is being improved

Important measures are being taken to improve the structure and staffing of the Presidium of ANAS.

The solution of the tasks facing the Academy directly depends on the activities of the Presidium. From this point of view, the relevant areas were analyzed in connection with the staff selection and placement, coordination of the activities of various structural divisions and employees, President of ANAS academician Ramiz Mehdiyev signed a new order.

According to the decree signed by the President of ANAS academician Ramiz Mehdiyev, a commission was created to improve the structure and management system of ANAS Presidium, including staff selection and placement. The chairman of the commission was appointed academician-secretary of ANAS corresponding member of ANAS Aminaga Sadigov. The commission includes: head of the Main Department of Science and Education of the Presidium of ANAS PhD in Economics Fail Kazimov, head of International Relations Office of the Presidium of ANAS, PhD in Biology Esmira Alirzayeva, scientific secretary of the Presidium of ANAS PhD in Philology Sarkhan Khaveri, head Department of Public Relations, Press and Information of the Presidium of ANAS, PhD in Philology Aghahuseyn Shukurov and head Department of Human Resources and Legal Maintenance of the Presidium of ANAS Rzagulu Hajiyev. 

Note that, commission should prepare and submit to the President of ANAS a draft of a new structure of the ANAS Presidium, a new project "Nomenclature of posts of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences" and proposals for ensuring the selection on the basis of objective criteria of responsible and hardworking specialists with broad scientific horizons and comprehensive knowledge.
