Note that, the impact factor of the journal that published by young scientist Nicat Aliyev’s previous paper was 2.063 and the journal was one of the most prestigous journals of SIAM.

The scientist has a very specific and applied research area and a few further papers of him was accepted by very high ranked journals and are under review now.
