Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

In response to the Armenian provocation, the Azerbaijani Army, led by President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, fought for the liberation of our lands. As a result of counter-offensive operations, a number of our occupied villages and strategic heights were liberated from the enemy.
