Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Presentation ceremony was held on the occasion of including the “Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics Turkic World Mathematical Society” supported by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almati, Republic of Kazakhstan, and Baku State University Applied Mathematics Research Institute, to the List of Thomson Reuters (TR).

Making speech in the event Director of BSU Applied Mathematics Research Institute, Acad. Fikrat Aliyev informed about establishment history of a journal, joint successes of Azerbaijani and Kazak scientists and stressed the need for improving this experience to penetrate in the Turkic world of science. For the first time world community has taken seriously the presence of the Turkic world, he added.

Khanum D. Bukhtoyarova who is responsible for CIS countries of TR agency, highly appraised obtained experience in the field of bringing scientific journals at the international level and suggested its further expansion. Then academicians T.Kalmenov, M.Otelbayev, Professors M.Bekmesov, A.Kudurbek congratulated scientific society of Kazakhstan in this respect and highlighted the importance of continuation of this process.
