Department of Ethnographic Science Foundation of the National Museum of Azerbaijan History, which plays an important role in the study of national customs and traditions, constantly updated with new material.

Recently, National Museum of Azerbaijan History introduced a new ethnographic material - relating to the XIX century the tobacco pouch for storage. Wrong side of the bag is made of yellow silk. Outside, it is covered with blue satin, sewn patterns from golden and silk threads. Images consist of patterns and colors birds.

The pouch, presented to the museum, has a special significance for the study of ethnographic culture of his time.
