Basic scientific achievements	Two new equipments for growing crystals of high volatile substances were designed. Investigation of galvanomagnetic properties and parameters of the energy spectrum of the charge carriers in antimony and solid solutions of antimony-arsenic, doped with donor and acceptor impurities allowed to experimentally determine Fermi surface of electrons and holes, according to the proposed model.
