1.In 1995-2000, he was the first scientist at ANAS to conduct research on the political legacy of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, and in 2002, the monograph “Heydar Aliyev and moral-aesthetic values” (Baku, Azernashr. 176 p.) was published.

2. For the first time, he conducted research on the political legacy of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev on the topic “Heydar Aliyev’s policy – National State, National Leader, Citizenship, Spirituality” and published a fundamental scientific monograph (Baku-Elm, 2019. 416 p. 70-100 for.).

3. For the first time, he conducted research on the political legacy of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev on the topic “Heydar Aliyev’s Great Political Path” and published a fundamental scientific monograph (Baku-Elm, 2024. 684 p. 70-100 for.).

4. For the first time, he conducted research on the topic “Heydar Aliyev’s Policy – National State, National Leader, Citizenship, Spirituality” based on the political legacy of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and published a fundamental scientific monograph (Baku-Elm, 2019. 416 pp. 70-100 for.).

5. For the first time, he studied the scientific work of the prominent Azerbaijani philosopher Zakir Mammadov and in 2003, the monograph “The Great Azerbaijani Philosopher of the 20th Century Zakir Mammadov” was published (Baku, Azernashr. 160 pp.).

6. For the first time, the Doctor of Philosophy of Azerbaijan Khatira GULİYEVA collected the works of the prominent Azerbaijani scientist Jafar Jafarov that were not included in the published 2-volume works, compiled them in 2 volumes, wrote a preface, and the book called “The Whirlpool of Life and the Way Out of It” was published in 1999 under the scientific editorship of academician Kamal Talibzadeh as the 3rd volume of the scientist’s works (Baku, Yazichi, 210 pages).

7. For the first time, she conducted research on the topic of philosophical anthropological sources in rock-cut monuments in Azerbaijan and also in world scientific thought, and the article “Dialogue philosophy of the ancient Turkish family in rock-cut monuments of Azerbaijan (in the context of multiculturalism)” (http://dergipark.gov.tr/download/article-file/285753.p.1-14.) was published in the Turkish journal “Academic Tahih ve Duşunce” (http://dergipark.gov.tr/download/article-file/285753.p.1-14.)

8. For the first time in Azerbaijani and world scientific thought, he investigated the problem of anti-ethics in the globalization phase, as well as the problem of the common Turkish family model in solving this problem, and in April 2017, he gave a report on the topic of "Common Turkish family model in solving anti-ethics issues of global ethics" at the IV International Turkic World Studies Symposium held at Ömer Halisdemir University in Nigde, Turkey, and his article of the same name was published in the conference book (book.pages.961-972; e.book:http://sempozyum.ohu.edu.tr/tudas2017/files/IV.CiltI.pdf).

9. For the first time in Azerbaijani and world scientific thought, he investigated the problem of “Identity, Islam and Democracy in Europe” from the aspect of multiculturalism and delivered a report “Identity, Islam and Democracy in Europe” as an invited speaker at the ICOSS - International Social Sciences Conference held at Hacı Veli Bektashi University in Cappadocia, Turkey in April 2018. In 2002-2004, he was a teacher at the Baku Institute for Advanced Training of Teachers. In 2003-2008, 2014, he was a teacher at the Baku Girls' University. In 2007-2014, he was a teacher at the UBRTRM of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2017, he worked as a vice-rector for educational affairs at the Baku Girls' University (part-time) and taught hourly.
