• Elaboration of the cooperative projects with  different scientific institutes of foreign countries;
• Extention of the scientific publication of our employees in the different foreign periodical editions;
• Gathering information about the number of our employees participated on the international  conferences, seminars, sympoziums, and also information about the scientific level of our employees’ publications in Azerbaijan and in the other countries

• This Department had prepared  series of the  projects with Polland, Austria, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and others countries’ institutes, and  series of the proposals for St.Petersburg and Italy;
• Takes an active part in the Azerbaijan-China project, published the  collection  on the historical and cultural relations between Azerbaijan and China.
