Basic activity directions	1. To study the current state of rare and endangered species of birds included in the Red Book of Azerbaijan and to prepare scientifically justified recommendations for their protection, number increase and rational use. 2. Enrichment of the Museum's collection of funds. 3. Catalog development.
Main scientific achievements	Rare and other endangered species have been identified. Scientifically substantiated recommendations have been prepared for the protection and rational use of some species included in the "Red Book" and the catalog of the museum has been prepared.
