| Main scientific achievements | The primers (oligonucleotides) such as. Malariasp. (causative agent of malaria),Toxoplasma gondii(causative agent of toxoplasmosis provoked the aborts and malformations fetus in pregnant women),Eimeria tenella(causative agent of eimeriosis in poultry),Yersinia pestis (causative agent of plague) were synthesized. Energy-saving (50-80%) and long life (~50.000 h) Phosphor Converted-White LED lamp with Luminous efficacy 130Lm/W was obtained on the base of InGaN/GaN MQW heterostructure by the MOCVD technology. |
