Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Taking into account paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to perpetuate the memory of prominent representative of Azerbaijani music, great composer, People's Artist of the USSR, State Prize laureate, academician Arif Jahangir oglu Malikov I decree:

1. Baku City Executive Power:

1.1. To provide a gravestone monument to Arif Malikov in the Alley of Honor;

1.2. To provide the name of Arif Malikov to one of the streets in Baku.

2. Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

2.1. Together with the Executive Power of Baku to ensure the statue of Arif Malikov in Baku;

2.2. To provide the name of Arif Malikov, one of the musical schools located in Baku.

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this Order.
