Guided by Point 23, article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

To award Jafarov Nizami Gulu oglu the "Shohrat" Order for active participation in the socio-political life of the Republic of Azerbaijan and achievements in the development of science.
