Guided by item 32, Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

For special merits in the development of petrochemical science in Azerbaijan the following employees of the Institute of Petrochemical Processes of ANAS shall be awarded the "Tereggi" Medal:
