Guided by paragraph 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:

To award Isa Habibbeyli Akbar oglu the Medal "Services to the Motherland" First Class for active participation in the socio-political life of the Republic of Azerbaijan and his contribution to the development of science.
