Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on awarding V.M. Farzaliyev with the “Sharaf” order
Guided by paragraph 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:
To award Vagif Majid oglu Farzaliyev with the “Sharaf” order for his contribution to the development of science in Azerbaijan.
