Guided by paragraph 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:

To award Ziyad Aliabbas oglu Samadzadeh with the order "For service to the Motherland" of the 1st degree for active participation in the socio-political life of the Republic of Azerbaijan and services in development of economic science.
