Guiding by clause 32 of item 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan I decree:

To grant Khoshbakht Baghi oghlu Yusifzadeh with “Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan” for his merits in development of oil industry in Azerbaijan.
