Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Governed by Clause of 32, article 109 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic in order to enforce Hanoi agreement on”Economic, Trade, Scientific and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam”signed on May 19, 2014 and approved by Presidential Decree dated June 27, 2014, #202, I hereby resolve:

1. To approve the following composition of Azerbaijan-Vietnamese intergovernmental commission on economic, trade, scientific and technical cooperation by the Azerbaijan Republic:

Natig Aliyev - Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Republic

Members of the Commission

Vagif Aliyev - First Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Khalaf Khalafov - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Sahil Babayev - Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Togrul Musayev - Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Elmir Velizadeh- Deputy Minister of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Musa Panahov - Deputy Minister of Transport of Azerbaijan Republic

Ilham Guliyev - Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Firdovsi Aliyev - Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Republic of Azerbaijan

Ibrahim Guliyev - Vice-President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Anar Imanov - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic to send to the side of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam an appropriate notification on the structure of the Azerbaijani-Vietnamese intergovernmental commission from the Azerbaijan Republic approved by part #1 of present Order.
