Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 14, 2016, # 337-VQD "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic Azerbaijan "On social protection of children who lost their parents and deprived of parental care".

Guided by paragraphs 19 and 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with the entry into force of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic "On Amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic" On social protection of children who lost their parents and deprived of parental care" dated October 14, 2016 #337-VQD to ensure the application of this law

I resolve:

1. to the Cabinet Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

1.1. in the three month period to prepare and submit to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic proposals related to bringing the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and acts of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic "On Amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic" On social protection of children who lost their parents and deprived of parental care";

1.2. within a three month, to provide bringing the normative-legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in compliance with this Law and inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3. monitor the normative-legal acts of central executive bodies in accordance with this Law and in the five months to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on execution;

1.4. Solve other issues arising out from this Act.

2. to the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic to provide bringing the normative-legal acts and normative acts of central executive bodies in accordance with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic "On Amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic" On social protection of children who lost their parents and deprived of parental care", and to inform this Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic;

3. To establish that:

3.1. In the paragraph "Childrens, who lost their parents and deprived of parental care" 1 of Article of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On social protection of children have lost their parents and deprived of parental care", in the first part 5 of article, in both cases, the second and third parts, the fourth part in the the first case, in the first and second sentences of the fifth, the seventh part in the first case, in the first sentence of the first part of the seventh article, the second part of the first sentence in the first case, the expression "Relevant executive authority" is mean the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

3.2. In the paragraph "Childrens who lost their parents and deprived of parental care" the first article of this law, in the first part 5 of article, in both cases, in the second, third and fourth parts, first and second sentences of the fifth part, the seventh part of the first sentence of the first and the second part of the seventh article, research organization is meant the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
