The volcano erupted in the village of Gushchu in the Shamakhi region on January 15 at 00:23. The eruption lasted 3-5 minutes, the height was 10, the diameter was 60-70 meters, the volume of products was 1490 cubic meters. The thickness of the eruption was 50-70 in the central part and 20 centimeters at the edges.

The volcano is one of the classic volcanoes. It is surrounded by mud volcanoes on all sides. The cause of the eruption is the collection of gases and pressure water in the heat field and the tectonic activity.

At present, the process has stopped and activity is not expected.
