Guided by item 23 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:

Teymur Amiraslan oglu Bunyadov will be awarded the Order of “Honor” for his great contribution to the development of ethnographic science in Azerbaijan.
