Basic scientific achievements	For automatic text summarization and document clustering the optimization models and the adaptive evolutionary and swarm optimization algorithms are proposed. To improve quality of the web pages ranking an improved and generalized version of the PageRank algorithm and an ant algorithm are suggested. Proposed methods for plagiarism detection based on syntactic and semantic analysis of sentences. The proposed methods are able to detect different types of plagiarism such as the exact verbatim copying, paraphrasing, transformation of sentences, changing of word structure. For optimal placement of CDN (Content Delivery Network) servers at the nodes of global networks and model for optimal distribution of the requests are proposed. In a heterogeneous computing environment for optimal allocation of heterogeneous tasks the model and genetic algorithm are proposed. For solving some class of linear and quadratic programming problems with Boolean variables and mixed problem for the Korteweg-de Vries-Burgers equation on neural network the algorithms are developed. For the evaluation of scientific journals and productivity of researchers the indices are proposed. For extraction, synthesis and analysis of academic social networks on the web the approaches and techniques are proposed. Approaches and methods have been suggested for detection of hidden social networks in wiki and e-environments. Developed effective algorithms for big data clustering. Developed techniques for anomaly detection in big data. Proposed methods for query-based (user-oriented) text summarization on the basis of sentiment, syntactic and semantic analysis of sentences.
