Basic scientific achievements |
The scientific field of activity of V.R.Ibragimov includes the use of numerical methods for solving ordinary differential equations. V.R.Ibragimov was engaged in increasing the accuracy of numerical methods, for this purpose applying various linear combination methods and Richardson extrapolation. Using numerical error methods of asymptotic relations, V.R. Ibragimov proposed a formula for accurately finding the maximum value of Richardson extrapolation, once applying it numerically. He continued his work in one of the areas of modern computational mathematics in the development of high-precision methods, using multi-stage methods, such as the Obreshkov method, used for the secondary and higher derivatives, and derived a formula for determining the relationship between the development of these methods and their indicators. Given the wide scope of application of uncertain methods, V.R. Ibragimov proposed different methods of forecast correction for these methods and determined sufficient conditions for their collection. He applied the Obreshkov method in the numerical solution of simple differentiated equations of high order and showed the construction of effective methods. V.R. Ibragimov proved the existence of a method of sustainable forward movement to remove the Dalquist barrier and developed specific methods of sustainable forward movement. Studying the methods of Adams and Runge-Kutta, he created new methods with the positive properties of these methods and proved that these methods belong to the class of hybrid methods. Having examined the generalized form of various hybrid methods, V.R. Ibragimov constructed stable hybrid methods of high accuracy and used them to solve various problems. He proved the existence of an exact stable hybrid method and built a specific exact hybrid model. He investigated the application of these methods for solving integral equations of Volterra type and integral differential equations and proved that the same method can be used to solve both ordinary differential equations, such as Volterra and integral differential equations. |
