A conceptual model of intelligent monitoring system of the national domain names, which composed of intellectual analyze block, increasing the effectiveness of the system during the application of domain names to the registration data, and human labor-saving, has been developed.

During establishment of data archive, was developed an algorithm for initial processing of registration data of domain names.

Registration data treatment method was developed for the identification of registration data of the domain names;

Intelligent analysis method was developed for use of beneficial and necessary knowledge from registration data of domain names.

"Big data" technologies are investigated in the direction of obtaining knowledge of large-scale database.
