Basic activity directions	Synthesis of various organic compounds containing heteroatoms based on aromatic carbonyl compounds in order to improve the performance properties, as well as the biological activity of cutting fluids (CF) used in metal machining processes and the creation of CF compositions based on them, synthesis and research of semi-synthetic sulfonate additives of various compositions.
Main scientific achievements	In recent years, various new aromatic carbonyl compounds have been synthesized. A number of oil and emulsion based CF compositions have been created, some of them (Azerol-3, Azerol-5) have been tested in industry.
