Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

In the department is researched the problem “Azerbaijani literature: stages, classics, monuments”. Fundamental publications as "Anthology of the South Azerbaijan literature" (4 volumes), "South Azerbaijan Literature history" (2 volumes), "Azerbaijani Literature in the XIX-XX century" (3 volumes), (prose, poetry, drama), "Anthology of the South Azerbaijan Poetry," Anthology of South Azerbaijan Prose", have been published. The collection of works by Mammadhuseyn Shahriyar and Bulud Garachorlu Sahand are prepared for publication.
