Main scientific achievements	First time are investigated in Azerbaijan such as problems – production and selling fields, normative-legislative base, factors influence to competitiveness of field, competitive development of fields of processing industry. Accordingly on the base of research result, several reports are presented to high administration organs, which maybe usage to prepare state programs, to perfect normative-legislative base, to adopt effective decision and etc.
