1.In order to increase the degree of objectivity in conditions of uncertainty, appropriate methods and algorithms for assessing the responsibility and solvency of microcredit borrowers have been developed based on fuzzy analysis of multicriteria alternative choice;

2.The structure and analytical core of the information adaptive decision support system taking into account the general opinions of public respondents have been developed;

3.On the basis of fuzzy analysis of multispectral data of the corresponding time series reflecting dynamics of vegetation index NDVI (vegetation), obtained on the basis of satellite images of the MODIS (LPDAAC) space monitoring system, the 1st and 2nd order forecasting models have been developed;

4.The issues of interaction and application of artificial intelligence, which are important in the development and implementation of the concept of "Smart city" have been studied.
