Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Co-organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan International Development Agency, and Human Rights Institute of ANAS carries out "Living scientific staff exchange program" with the purpose of to implement scientific research Azerbaijan and the Caspian Sea region.  

Experts from the Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania and Institute of Law EU held researchers in the Institute of Human Rights over the third quarter of the current year.

The main objective was to gather information about the refugees and internally displaced persons as a result of the occupation, and to deliver the obtained results into the international community.
