Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Director of ANAS Institute of Soil Science and Agro Chemistry, corresponding member of ANAS, Professor Alovsat Guliyev attended the XIII International Symposium on "New and Non-Traditional Plants and Prospects for Their Usage", held at the Institute of Fundamental Problems of Biology of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

At the plenary session of the symposium, Professor Alovsat Guliyev delivered a paper on “Determining the resistance of some subtropical plants to oil pollution on the Absheron Peninsula for the purpose of biological remediation.”

The international symposium, which will be held from June 17 to June 20 is attended by scientists from Kazakhstan, Belarus, Turkey and other countries.
