Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The International Turkic Academy (ITA) hosted the 4th "Great Steppe " International Humanitarian Forum, organized in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.

Azerbaijan was represented by a large delegation of parliamentarians, diplomats, scientists and journalists.

Speaking at the forum, Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan Ashat Aytmagambetov, Mongolia's first President Ochirbat Puntsalmaagiy, the first Kyrgyz parliament speaker Medethan Sherimkulov, Azerbaijan's ambassador to Poland Hasan Hasanov and head of the UNESCO Turkish National Commission Oguz Ocal spoke about the importance of the event.

Scientific Secretary of the Presidium of ANAS, PhD in Philology Aghahuseyn Shukurov made a report on "Great Azerbaijan poet Samed Vurgun and Kazakh literature" and answered the participants' questions.
