Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

The names of the Russian Government Prize Laureates for Science and Technology for 2019 have been announced.

According to poisknews.ru the awards were given for achievements in medicine, energy, geology, production technology, materials science, mechanical engineering, transport, information technology, ecology and agriculture. The premium for each area is 2 million rubles (53,200 AZN).

The list of winners includes 14 teams of scientists and manufacturers. They have 131 nominees, including 11 academicians and 5 corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, 64 doctors and 26 doctors of philosophy.
