Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:

1. Form a Toponymic Commission under the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the following composition:

Jafarov Nizami Gulu oglu - deputy of the Milli Majlis, academician;

Habibbayli Isa Akbar oglu - deputy of the Milli Majlis, vice president of ANAS, academician;

Rustamkhanli Sabir Khudu oglu - deputy of the Milli Majlis, PhD in Philology;

Fataliyeva Sevinj Habib gizi - deputy of the Milli Majlis, PhD in Philology;

Guliyev Musa Isa oglu -  deputy of Milli Majlis, PhD in Medicine;

Mammadov Hikmet Baba oglu - deputy of the Milli Majlis, Doctor of political sciences, professor;

Alakbarov Aziz Yusif oglu - deputy of Milli Majlis, PhD in Philology;

Naghisoylu Mohsun Zellabdin oglu - director of the Institute of Linguistics of ANAS named after Nasimi, academician;

Mammadov Ramiz Mahmud oglu - director of the Institute of Geography named after academician H. Aliyev ANAS, academician;

Mashadiyev Gara Ibrahim oglu – a chief researcher of the modern Azerbaijani Language Department of the Institute of Linguistics of ANAS named after Nasimi, Doctor of Philological sciences, professor;

Abbasova Mahira Hasrat gizi – a leading researcher, Department of the History of Geographical Thought and Toponymy, Institute of Geography named after academician H. Aliyev of ANAS, PhD in Geography;

Imanov Emin Durhasan oglu - head of the sector of the State Register of Territorial Units and Municipalities of the Service of the head of the Milli Majlis.

2. The organization of the work of the commission shall be entrusted to the Department of Legislation on Public Service of the Office of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
