Leading astronomers observe today without exaggerating the mysterious phenomenon - the destruction of comets C / 2019 Y4 (ATLAS). As a result of the observations, pictures were taken with the Hubble Space Telescope, which recorded that during the period from April 20 to 23, the tail of the comet flew in three dozen parts, each of the same size as the multi-storey.

“It is really captivating, and because such events are very spectacular, and because they do not happen very often. Most of the comet fragments are usually too dull to see them. Events of this scale occur once or twice in a decade,” said Tsuangji Ye of the University of Maryland.
