Magsud Suleymanli, a 10-year-old Azerbaijanian from the United States, received the President's Award for special achievements in education.
Note that the Presidential Award for Outstanding Achievement in Education is presented on behalf of the President of the United States and the Minister of Education under a program established in 1983. Students who excel in elementary, middle, and high school in the United States receive the award based on criteria set by the National Association of High School Principals.
