Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

In January 2014, one of the founders of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic the Chairman of the National Council, Muhammad Amin Rasulzadeh is 130th anniversary.

In order to ensure holding 130th anniversary of Muhammad Amin Rasulzadeh who contributed to the literary and social history of ideas and well-known public figure, guiding by item 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan clause 32, I decree hereby:

1. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan Republic, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Education and other relevant bodies to prepare and implement Action plan of the 130-year anniversary of Muhammad Amin Rasulzadeh.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan to resolve issues arising out of this Order.
