Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Scientists of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, Professor Kamil Mansimov and Ph.D. in Mathematics, Associate Professor Rashad Mastaliyev took part in the traditional international online scientific conference "Dynamic Systems and Computer Science: Theory and Applications" (DYSC-2020) in Irkutsk, Russia.

The conference, organized by the Institute of Mathematics and Information Technology of Irkutsk State University, is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Professors Nikolai Alexandrovich and the 75th anniversary of Vladimir Andreyevich.

At the event, ICS scientists delivered a lecture on "The first and second necessary conditions for distributed stochastic systems." The lecture aroused the interest of the conference participants and various questions on the topic were responded.
