The dissertation work of the employee of the Department No. 13 of the Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS Gunay Iskenderli was presented online on the development of methods for multipurpose intellectual analysis of information belonging to citizens in the environment of the electronic state.

First, G. Iskenderli informed about her dissertation on specialty 3338.01 - "System analysis, management and information processing" for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in technology.

The applicant provided information on the clustering method for detecting texts that promote terrorism in the e-state, the method for detecting hidden social networks in the e-state, the method and algorithm for analyzing detected social networks, methods for analyzing e-citizens' comments, as well as experiments and results to evaluate the proposed method.
