Issues related to artificial intelligence technologies should be regulated by law.

This opinion was voiced by the vice-president of ANAS, director of the Institute of Information Technologies, academician Rasim Alguliyev during the discussions on advanced technologies at the online scientific seminar dedicated to the International Computer Security Day. According to him, artificial intelligence technologies have become an important object of information security.

In his speech, the vice-president of ANAS stressed the special importance of artificial intelligence technologies, including unmanned aerial vehicles, in the victory of the brave Azerbaijani Army.

According to the academician, fundamental scientific research should be conducted in our country to produce artificial intelligence technologies for various purposes, to improve the technical and quality indicators of our national product.Touching upon the training of personnel in the field of artificial intelligence technologies in Azerbaijan, the scientist noted the importance of teaching children the technical characteristics of relevant devices, their programming and manual assembly, starting from high school. He said that it is necessary to study the organization of the educational process in the relevant field in the world's leading universities, to use international experience in this area.
