Until now, there has been no fact that Azerbaijanis are to blame for the atrocities committed by Armenians against our people, and the crimes that have taken place confirm that Azerbaijanis are hostile to Armenians and that Azerbaijanis are the ones who started the crime.

This was stated by the head of the Department of the Armenian Studies of the Institute of the Caucasian Studies of ANAS, Doctor of Historical Sciences Gasim Hajiyev.
