The provocative actions of the Armenian side against Azerbaijan, which lasted for many years, have become intense in recent days. Since the night of September 12, the territories of Lachin, Kalbajar, Zangilan, Gadabay and Dashkesan regions of Azerbaijan has been shelled by the Armenian army from artillery and various types of weapons and mortars. Of course, the security of our state borders was ensured by the immediate adoption of adequate countermeasures by the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan. As a result of the Armenian provocation, a large number of military equipment, engineering and technical facilities were destroyed on both sides, many people died. The cause and culprit of all this, of course, is the military-political leadership of Armenia.

We, as the Scientific Center for Albanian Studies of the Institute of Archeology, Ethnography and Anthropology of ANAS, wish God's mercy to the sons of Azerbaijan, tortured as a result of the Armenian provocation, and patience to their loved ones. We assure that their blood does not and will not remain on the earth! We strongly condemn the actions of the Armenian side, which led to military clashes, numerous casualties and mutual losses, and condemn those who supported them along this path.

Think about what Armenia won by occupying Karabakh, keeping it under occupation for 30 years and rejecting Azerbaijan's calls for peace during these years?! What did Armenia gain from the 44-day war? We would like the Armenian politicians, military, scientists and intellectuals to put their hats on and think carefully, even if it is too late. What have Armenia and the Armenian people gained and what have they sacrificed through war, conflicts and provocations, revanchism, which is flaring up more and more every day?! As the well-known Azerbaijani proverb says: “There will too many people who will say dear words to the orphans, but there will be no bread givers.” The Republic of Armenia and the Armenian people have been in such a plight for several years now. They beg everyone for help and assistance. What did they get in return?! However, as before, today they remain toys in the hands of different powers and political circles. How long will it be going on?

The only way to prevent a repetition of all this is to stop provocations and revanchist calls. It is necessary to respond to Azerbaijan's calls for peace and respect our territorial integrity. Armenians, always distinguished by slanderous statements, should know that Azerbaijan acts within the framework of international law and protects its territorial integrity.

Azerbaijan is a country of fire! Let’s not play with the fire of the Country of Fire! The previous stories are over. Now there is an Azerbaijani reality in the field of politics and diplomacy, as well as in the military field. Therefore, it will be better for them if the Armenian side abandons its hypocritical policy and goes to peace.

The Azerbaijani war is a war of truth. Provocateur Armenia must understand that one cannot play games with Azerbaijan. Therefore, we call on the Armenian side to immediately stop provocations, permanently renounce claims to Karabakh, start peace negotiations and be ready for eternal peace in the name of the development of the region. Otherwise, the future of Armenia as a state may be under a serious question. This is truth! This is a fact that has been repeatedly recognized by many politicians of the world and even individual politicians from Armenia itself!

The 15th of September is annually celebrated in Azerbaijan as the Day of Knowledge. Hundred thousands of teachers and students celebrate this day as the beginning of a new academic year. Unfortunately, due to the fault of the military and political circles of Armenia, their patrons and those who provoked them, the Day of Knowledge coincided with the mourning ceremonies of our martyr sons who died as a result of Armenian provocations. The children of the fathers who died heroically guarding the borders of the Motherland and faithfully fulfilling their military duty, were destined to go to school today crying and whining. Fathers and mothers awaiting the wedding of their children, girls and brides who live with the desire to reach their darlings wore black and drowned in mourning. Heaven and earth can't hold their sigh and cream! Let everyone know that this sin will not remain on earth! They will have to answer for it: in front of the God, in front of the international law and, finally, in front of the the heroic Azerbaijani soldier!

May God have mercy on our martyrs! God bless our veterans! Karabakh is Azerbaijan!
