Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Assembly of Azerbaijan Writers’ Union (AWU) was held on June 18.

Assembly chaired by chairman of AWU, People writer Anar, has discussed the creation of Commission of Jafar Jabbarli attached to Azerbaijan Writers’ Union. AWU signed the Order connected with this decision.

Order conducts: with the goal to operate systematically in the field of research and promotion of literary heritage of great playwright Jafar Jabbarli who contributed for enriching development of Azerbaijan literature and culture, awakening of national consciousness, promoting patriotic feelings, purifying native language, including to organize scientific conferences, sessions, contests, debates, prepare books, booklets, presentations, reading competitions, award the winners etc, to create Commission of Jafar Jabbarli. 

To approve the staff of the Commission as follows:

Asif Rustamli - Chairman, chief department of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Dr. Philology Professor member of the AWU

Gamar Seyfaddingizi - director of the museum on behalf of Jafar Jabbarli

Gulshan Aliyeva - Kengerli – Vice Chancellor of ASUCA Dr. Philology Professor member of the AWU

Tahira Mammad – chief department of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami, Dr. Philology Professor member of the AWU

Suleiman Kaan Yalshın - Turkey, Elazig city, Firat University, senior lecturer Dr.

Elnara Akimova - leading researcher of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami PhD in philology member of the AWU.
