Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Implementation of several events were keen to hold while visit of Ahmad Sami al-Aydi, director of Egypt Cultural Center, cultural attaché of the Embassy of Egypt Arab Republic to Azerbaijan, to the Institute of Manuscripts in February of a current year.

As a result of joint collaboration, Egypt Cultural Center has donated e-version of five thousand books in Arabic to the institute. These books are works about Islam history and Arabic literature, including separate encyclopedias.

Submitted editions include Arabic translations of notable representative of Arabic emigrant literature Jubran Khalil Jubran’s works in English, as well as several translations of European literature.

Currently, e-base processing of these books is being held at the library.
